About IPC

The Conference

MOSAIC has presented the annual Immigrant Professionals Conference (IPC) to consistently positive reviews and feedback.

Each year the event provides 250+ immigrant professionals with the opportunity to further their professional development via presentations by inspiring speakers, active participation in plenary, breakout sessions and panel discussions, and networking opportunities.

Our objective is to provide guidance, encouragement and inspiration to newcomer professionals who might benefit from being exposed to experts and leaders in their respective fields, trends in the current labour market, and strategies and skills they can employ in their own career advancement.

IPC provides delegates with the opportunity to further their professional development via a variety of experiences; guided and encouraged every step of the way by inspiring speakers and subject matter experts from educational institutions, professional associations, skilled facilitators and lead employers.

Past delegates reported that IPC had a positive impact on their professional development. As a result of participating in the conference, they felt better prepared to advance their careers in Canada.
