Breakout Sessions

1. Power in Your Posture: Body-Based Confidence for a New Beginning

Moving to a new country can shake even the strongest confidence. New customs, new languages, and new social rules can make anyone feel small or unsure — even when you have so much to offer.

This welcoming workshop helps you rediscover your natural confidence from the inside out — starting with your body. Through simple, guided movement and posture practices, you’ll learn how your body can become your greatest ally in moments of stress, interviews, and social connection.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Feel grounded and calm when entering unfamiliar spaces.
  • Use posture and presence to communicate confidence — even before you speak.
  • Recognize and shift out of the body language of fear, self-doubt, or “shrinking.”
  • Express who you truly are with ease and authenticity.

Through small, body-based techniques you can use anywhere, you’ll begin to feel more at home in yourself — and in your new environment.

Because confidence isn’t just in your head — it lives in your body.
