Connie Chong currently serves as the Dean of Continuing Studies at snəw̓eyəɬ leləm̓ Langara College, where she leads strategic initiatives that expand access to lifelong learning and strengthen workforce development across sectors.
A champion for innovative and inclusive education, Connie recently launched Stackable by Langara — a new strategy designed to make upskilling and reskilling more accessible through short, modular, and industry-aligned learning pathways.
With over two decades of experience spanning the public and non-profit sectors, Connie brings deep expertise in workforce training, program design, and community partnerships. She has developed quality improvement workshops for healthcare providers and her leadership has supported the creation of impactful programs such as a national continuing competency framework for Canadian opticians and a new BC health benefits program under First Nations governance.
She holds a BA in International Relations and a Master in Health Administration. Outside of work, Connie enjoys CrossFit, rock climbing, testing new recipes, and adventures with her family.
