Justine has worked in career development services for over 20 years. She is currently working as an Employment Specialist at MOSAIC where she provides 1-1 and group services to support newcomers in their search for employment.
Justine has worked in different roles including Career Advisor, Program Coordinator and Curriculum Developer. With experience in the private and non-profit sectors, she has had the privilege of supporting many diverse individuals throughout their career journeys in Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from UBC focusing on the study of diversity in the workplace as well as a teaching (TESL) diploma. Justine has worked at MOSAIC in various contracts throughout her career and has always valued the vision and mission of the organization.
