Olga Zamudio is the Curriculum and Resources Development Coordinator for Employment programs at MOSAIC.
As a woman in STEM, Olga has witnessed firsthand the challenges that women, especially racialized women face in entering the workforce and maintaining life-work balance. Olga transferred the skills gained on her PhD on Biotechnology to the nonprofit sector using her academic knowledge and lived experience to help other immigrant women to be successful in their careers and obtain commensurate work. She is a fierce advocate of safe and brave spaces in the workplace to foster collaboration. Olga’s strengths include facilitation, coaching, project management and relationship building with stakeholders including clients, employers, researchers, and colleagues.
